My mom and I have been going to Nancy and her team of nail techs for mani/pedis for years at this point. I’ve since moved out of town, but I still commute from MD to visit Chic Nails off Hoadly Rd. Our acrylic sets are always durable and done with meticulous skill. Nancy treats her clients like family and maintains a clean and professional salon. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I had scheduled an appointment, drove 20 miles to get there, and only after arriving was I told that my appointment had been canceled and that I should “come back next time.” This was extremely frustrating and disrespectful of my time. If an appointment is canceled, customers should be notified before they make the trip—not after they arrive. I expected much better communication and customer service.
