I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received. I had scheduled an appointment, drove 20 miles to get there, and only after arriving was I told that my appointment had been canceled and that I should “come back next time.” This was extremely frustrating and disrespectful of my time. If an appointment is canceled, customers should be notified before they make the trip—not after they arrive. I expected much better communication and customer service. I had a very disappointing experience at Chic Nails. I went in with my toddler, which I understand can sometimes be challenging, but she was sitting calmly on my lap and not disturbing anyone—just moving a little like any child would. One of the staff members, who seemed to be the manager, asked if my daughter could go sit by herself so they could finish because “they had customers coming.” That comment made me feel extremely uncomfortable and honestly humiliated.
