(10 out of 5 if I could!) I went to CHICNAILS with a Pinterest design because it was a special occasion and I had a lot of faith that they could make it happen. I was attended by two wonderful girls (I think their names are Tracy and Annie) and not only did they achieve the design exactly as in the photo, but they made me feel super comfortable, laugh and enjoy the whole process.
