First off... we walked in and were not told how long the wait would be. As there was only two people working on a SUNDAY... and two people already there. They told us to sit in the chairs and after an hour of soaking my feet in water I was finally getting pissed. Not ONCE did they check on us to see how we were doing. Finally they get to us after waiting almost an hour and 15..... I paid extra for the callus remover... did they remove my calluses!? NO!!! I went in for a pedi. I wanted the "extra" massage and the works, so I said I'll do the 50.00 pedi. The guy didn't even know what he was supposed to do. I got 5 minutes of massage and the sloppiest nail job. He hurried me out because they had other people waiting. No tip. No receipt. I wanted a design. Nope. No time for that. I will go back today to seek a refund. Also reporting to the BBB!

Go to Mohegan nails on 108th and maple. Chic nails is horrible. I only went there because it was convenient at the time. Never again! I was sat at a dirty station, nail lady was on her phone continuously, she left in middle of manicure to paint someone else's toes, and then did not wash her hands, until I said something. Her utensils were not sterile. She was super super super slow, and never did the same thing to each hand. She'd clip one, and then have one soaking, and then buff one and put lotion on the other. WARNING! Anyone who decides to get their nails done please refrain from using "Chic Nails" located at the Oak View Mall. I went in today to get my Shellac taken off and they tried using USED balls of cotton on my nails to soak off the old. I saw chips of purple nail polish on the cotton before it was doused in acetone. If they reuse cotton balls they may do other things in an unsanitary fashion.

I would NEVER go back to this salon. They rush you, they mess up on your nails then try to just fix it with clear polish and they increase the tip you leave my $9. When I was giving my tip they stood over me like a hawk then they decide to give themselves an extra few dollars. So unprofessional!!! I would never go here if it was the last place in Omaha.
