I came here last month for the first time to get a pedicure with a friend and it was okay so I decided to try it out again with another friend. I wanted Cateye Val’s day nails and the technician was so rude, didn’t even do a good job on my builder gel and I couldn’t wait to leave; they didn’t have the color I wanted so I had to go somewhere else but the receptionist was more accommodating than Ms. Rachel. I have been going to Chic for years. It is so nice to go in and be received so warmly every time. Every service is amazing every time. They have suggested different nail products like my shellac since I got a new puppy! Now I am puppy safe so when I get home my gorgeous nails don’t get messed up! I would call out every lady there by name but I worry I would forget someone. They are all amazing!🤩

My first time visiting. I am always looking for excellent quality, great customer service, and a clean facility. This location had a few of these things, but lacked some basic essential products. I had a specific acrylic nail design in mind that was extremely basic (taupe base color, powder glitter on top- see Pinterest). The salon kept suggesting I paint glitter on top. Only after redirecting them multiple times did I find out they don’t actually have powder glitter. But they assured me what they suggested would be similar.... read more
