Always so polite and ask everything they need to know to provide what you're looking for. They don't rush through and do a good job, even when busy. Usually busy so recommend calling ahead of time. Recommend if you're looking for a good mani/pedi in Bellflower. Oh! Bring cash, it's helpful.
I am really disappointed to write this review as I have loved and have been going to this salon for 2 years. I have always had a great experience & the staff has always been very lovely. However, the last two times that I have been, the customer service was very upsetting. On two different occasions, I called to ensure there was time & space to be seen. My first time coming to Chic Nail Bar and I am very happy with my experience clean, very nice, offered me water and took their time with my pedicure. I will be coming back!
My nails looked and felt so clean after my pedicure was over! Hana did an amazing job, and I am looking forward to coming back!
