I called, and they told me to be there by 1:30. When I arrived at 1:24, the receptionist told me Andrea had gone for lunch and would not come back by 2:15. When I asked for any other staff, she said no one was available until 5! Not to mention I drove 30 minutes to get there! Very unprofessional!!
Mona was amazing! Super attentive to detail when threading my eyebrows! Also got in super quick!
I got a lash lift back in June from this place. My lashes were fine for about a month, now they are all over the place and damaged. 2 Months later and I still can't get a lash lift or lash extensions because my lashes are still so damaged. Found out my lashes were overprocessed.
