They told me $200 for Micros on the phone but when i got there she changedthe price to $220. Hair was done on 3/2/25. I had to bring my own hair which was fine but the front of my hair in the right side was good. The front left size was a bit bigger. But the entire back half was horrible! The blocks were like boxed braids size. I would NEVER go there again! My daughters hair was suppose to be medium boxed braids. Horrible!!! It's only been 2 weeks and our hair look a mess!!

The braid style I got here lasted about a month and a half, so good for the price. But the overall experience? -10. I showed multiple people the style I wanted in advance, yet they still didn’t execute it correctly. When I pointed it out, they ignored my concerns and kept doing the same thing. Then they tried to charge me extra to take it out and redo it. I have been a customer for over 5 years now and I have NEVER been disappointed! The owner Hawa is exceptional! She and her team have a very strong work ethic and it is quite evident as they ensure they provide exceptional service. If there is an issue Hawa and her team does whatever is needed to resolve that issue. Not many shops of her caliber are willing to go the extra mile. I am one happy customer!

It was easy to get an appt. I booked 2 pm on a Sunday. However, I was kept waiting for an hour to get 2 cornrows. This took 20 to 30 minutes after my wait. I gave her my bank card and she said you don't have zelle or cash app? I zelled her and asked her to check. She asked about her tip and okayed it! Then someone came running out to my car and said she didn't get it. I showed my phone. The place was dirty and unkept. Braiders were walking around eating. I am new to the area and found this shop on social media. I am thoroughly impressed. I love my braids. The young lady who did my hair was fast and very polite. I was in and out in less than 5 hours. I will be returning.
