Had a great experience! Ihab (owner) is very patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend. We are very happy with our wood tile and carpet! Looking forward to using them again for kitchen remodel.

So happy with our wood look tile! Ihab was able to work with our short timeline and finished a day early! The crew they sent was professional and did a great job. After a few weeks we noticed a small area of grout (about 1") that was accidentally missing. Someone was sent out the next day to fix it ASAP-no questions or issues! Customer service is great and Ihab is very responsive when it comes to contacting him about your job - which was very welcomed! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Chic Floors just finished remodeling our master bathroom, hardwood in our living room, bedroom & closet. The also installed hardwood on our stairs with rod iron spindles. The did a awesome job and customer service is the best we have ever had from a contractor. The workers do awesome work and were always there when they said they would be. Ihab responded to all our questions if not right away, in a timely manner. I will recommend them to everyone that ask.
