RecommendedThe staff are wonderful! In addition to a great workout circuit there are great classes to take. I am going to pay my monthly fees during this period of isolation because I really want Chic Express to re-open and want the staff to return. May everyone stay safe and healthy during this stressful time!
The staff there are the best. Very helpful in all aspects . And the bounce is - All of the equipment is new and set in a way to work all of your body from head to toe. For an amazing workout 🏋🏻♂️ in a short time.
It's fun! And exercise is good for our brains and physical health too, not to mention all the new friends you will make. Line dancing and Zumba are so fun! I wish I knew about this place sooner.😀

I work out here every day and really enjoy it. The equipment gives me a great workout, the people are friendly and accommodating and I have made some very nice friend there.
Great place to work out. You can go in anytime or take a fun class.
This is a "true" fitness gym. The goal is to get and stay fit. It is not a dating gym like most "Ken and Barbie" gyms in Chico, where the main goal is to show off. There are no full length mirrors (if you know what I mean). P.S. I am prejudice as I am her husband. P.S. No men allowed, even me,at this fitness center. Joe Vandervoort
