Being new to the area, I relied on online reviews to guide my final decision on a salon. I had my appointment today and got a fabulous cut and color by Maria! Everyone was so nice and the salon is top notch - I will be back! Thank you!

I really enjoyed my appointment at chic concepts salon! My hair stylist really nailed the color and style I was hoping to achieve. The customer service was excellent and I feel they really care about their clients and don't try and rush though appointments. I am always a little worried when I try out a new salon but this place exceeded my expectations and I really love the way my hair turned out. I received a lot of compliments already! Will definitely return!
I have tried several salons in the area and have had ok results. Needless to say nothing had completely wowed me until I tried chic concepts hair salon in Roselle. I have never had such an amazing match to the color of my hair. The girls are so nice and took the time on my consultation to see exactly what I wanted. I would say unless you have a stylist that you absolutely love, there is no reason not to try this salon. I absolutely recommend!
