I love soul food and have had wonderful experiences at Chic Underground Cafe. The food and service was great everytime I went to the restaurant. I would encourage everyone to give them a chance. My only complaint is they don't stick to their posted hours.
Food, as always, was great! But, issue is it took an hour to get it... I think they forgot about me...
The service here is terrible....its my 3rd time trying it...came for a party...sitting in vip after an hour i had to go to the bar...someone else bought me a drink...waited to see if I could get water sent to my table...its 3 hours later...cant wait to get home and get that water.
We had our employee holiday party what an embarrassment. The service was horrible and they tell us one thing prior to the party but the day of the party it’s another thing. I will never do business with them again. It also took forever for the food to come out and you literally had to ask several times to have more of the all you can eat fish.
Nice atmosphere.. The shrimp were very good but I didn't to much care for the fish.
