Extremely poor customer service, misleading wait times, and a hostile, xenophobic environment. After waiting over 10 minutes for three small kid ice creams and a smoothie, I politely asked to cancel my order and get a refund. The worker refused, started arguing with me, and called me impatient. While I was turned away, she handed the items directly to my children instead of processing the cancellation.
