We had an excellent experience working with Chiao throughout the sale of our parent’s home. From the first moment we asked her to assist us in the sale, she handled everything with professionalism, expertise and great attention to detail. She kept us informed, communicated clearly and worked diligently to ensure every step of the process was smooth. We truly appreciate and are grateful for her hard work and dedication to complete the sale in a very short window. We would recommend Chiao to anyone who is looking for a profess... read more
Chiao Viscardi is an extremely talented Designated Managing Broker (aka Branch Manager). Chiao always invest much time and research to offer monthly educational sessions to help us making the best decision/advice on behalf of our clients, and she would stand behind her advice with a solid law background. Chiao has a great personality and a big heart to help us Brokers grow and improve. Her problem solving, team building... read more
I have been a Realtor for 38 years and have worked for several companies with several different brokers. By far my current broker Chiao Viscardi has to be among the best I've had the pleasure to work with. Chiao is smart, caring, very knowledgeable, great mentor, believes in working hard but also enjoying life. She is always very responsive, loves her job and it shows. I love her coaching style, I love that she cares about me as a person and wants me to be the best version of myself.
