Three team mates on business travel, cruising downtown looking for a place to eat. Many places were full up (Monday night). Spotted a small place called simply "Chianti's", so we stopped to read the menu. We were greeted by a dapper gentleman who invited us inside. Warm and cozy, we sat down and ordered a bottle of vine after ordering. I had a HUGE grilled pork chop with fresh grilled veggies and a bed of polenta with a great mushroom sauce. It was so cozy. The service was perfect & our server was so attentive. The food was fabulous. We had the Special. Ling Cod with a sauce & polenta & veggies. All 6 of us had it. 3rd x there & not disappointed.
My go to place in Pleasanton for family celebrations. Everything was great and a very fun experience.
I haven't had spaghetti sauce pasta and meatballs like this since mama died very authentic just like homemade oh my God I can't believe it !
We eat here on Christmas Eve for 3 years now. Always look forward to visiting and absolutely love the pleasant, warm atmosphere and friendly staff while I am there. Food and drinks are phenomenal! Service is impeccable �
