Honestly, if this was the last meal of my life I would die happy. I went tonight with my husband. We love food so we have high expectations. It was pricey, but worth it. He ordered the New York steak (medium-rare), I had the half chicken, and the sides were the yukon gratin, heirloom carrots, and the asparagus with pancetta. For desert we had the banana pudding. Fabulous dinner! Exceptional service.
Major disappointment. Pasta and risotto was sticky. Clams were gritty. Bread was good. Salads were good. The bar was poor. The hostess used the bar as a desk. The bartender was breaking up bags of ice on the bar. Most of the people at the bar were eating dinner. Is it a bar or a counter? Overall, one star out of 5. We won't go back.
