They are lucky to even get 1 star. I booked a massage and even received confirmation. Unfortunately when I arrived, they had no booking in the system. It was frustrating, especially after planning my day around this appointment. I get mistakes happen, but this kind of mix-up really affects customer trust. I hope they improve their booking system to avoid this happening to others. Mind you, I wont be back!

Incredible experience! I was heading in rather nervous due to an injury but the staff were so kind, lovely and accomidating! The location is nice and hidden, but still in the cbd and the atmosphere was so calming.
I went here after spending a day in Adelaide with a flight to Hong Kong next day, I’d been for 8km walk and 10km run so was a bit stiff. I had the modern Thai massage, it was fantastic, the lady that gave me the massage was great, she was about 5’ tall and probably weighed about 50kg but she really could dig into my knots. Unlike a lot of Thai massages there was no suggestion of “extras” (if you know what I mean) which is good.
