Chi-town had done a few small jobs in previous years. Sadly we hired him for the big one…getting our house ready for sale! We always thought he did a good job before, but this project took so long to complete (4 Plus weeks until we had to let him go to get on market in time) with unexplained no shows, leaving unexpectedly, ton of excuses, etc. Additionally, we thought he did a decent job before UNTIL we moved away furniture to stage home and realtor looked at details.
