It’s true family here and that starts immediately. Whether you buy expensive or spend a little on an old used bike everyone is treated very well and equally. This is also a great place for women to get introduced to the biking world. The manager of the service department is a woman and there are many women working there. As a woman I’ve been very comfortable there and thanks to their great team I’ve learned a lot. Just all around terrific people!
