My husband is very ill, stage 4 lung cancer with brain metastasis. He also has a pressure ulcer that appears to be trying to tunnel to a pilonidal cyst. Today, I asked if I could have him checked in because he was vomiting in the car. I was told that he had to sign consent first. I asked of they could heck him in and he would sign when he came in. Very pleasant experience from when I got there to when I was released. The nurse that attended me was extremely thorough, professional and friendly and so was the Dr. I was embarrassed of my elephant foot but thanks to them im on the way to recovery. Thank yall ... (I dont have elephant foot just really swoll). My experience was great and would recommend them to any one.

Wait time is totally out of control. The patient I take is " always" having to wait. They tell u keep ur foot leg up it's down longer by there poor service. Patient care is very poor.

Had surgery in April and unfortunately the incision isn't healing properly. My Ortho surgeon referred me to wound care. Called and was told to bring in the referral. So, I did that. Sat there for 5-10 minutes to be told that they can not see me because I'm still going to Ortho. Mind you I had a complete replacement. They were not seeing me for the actual problem but the wound itself. I had to go to a Dr out of network or it drive to North Little Rock.
