Wait time is totally out of control. The patient I take is " always" having to wait. They tell u keep ur foot leg up it's down longer by there poor service. Patient care is very poor.

Had surgery in April and unfortunately the incision isn't healing properly. My Ortho surgeon referred me to wound care. Called and was told to bring in the referral. So, I did that. Sat there for 5-10 minutes to be told that they can not see me because I'm still going to Ortho. Mind you I had a complete replacement. They were not seeing me for the actual problem but the wound itself. I had to go to a Dr out of network or it drive to North Little Rock. First appointment …. Sitting in the waiting room for close to an hour . Not impressed . Signs says if you are 20 minutes late for your appointment you have to reschedule . Was just told “ this is normal “ and afternoons are worse . Guess I should be glad we had a morning appointment .

The staff here is excellent, always genuinely cared and helpful in every way. My father was a patient here and I took him to every appointment and appreciate each and everyone who helped us along his way of healing.
