What a great experience! I took my mom in and there was a mix up on her appt time/date. Krista asked the back staff, and we were able to stay and be seen! (Krista was so kind; always smiling!) We saw Amy Bennett, APN, and she was incredible! She treated my mom (and me) like family - she deeply cares for her patients!!! This clinic went above and beyond and we are grateful! Thank you!!!
Nurse Fiona was wonderful! She was very warm and welcoming. High energy. As for Dr Turner, great interaction.
The front desk is lacking in so many ways ,but Dr.Roper and Becky go above and beyond to help my whole family has us Dr.Roper sence he came to Hot Springs and we love him and his family.
