My mother came to the ER with fever, hypotension, tachycardia, confusion, nausea and vomiting, shortness of breath and chest pain. You discharged her (with VERY unstable vitals) and said she had costal condritis. I took her to baptist. They kept her 4 days because she had pleurisy and severe diverticulitis. You could have transferred her if you lacked the ability to diagnose her. Evidentally the only thing you lacked was concern for your patients.

For the first time in years I seen a dr in the ER today that was nice and didn't talk to me like I was stupid, he was respectful and listened to me. The nurses that were on duty were also very pleasant and nice. Both dr and nurses didn't have that attitude problem I usually get, (because they are working and they have to help you). If you were the dr and nurses that were working today between 10am-12pm, I wish they were all like you.

St. Vincent is the best emergency room in the state I believe. You go in and get right in. The doctors and staff are so sweet, good and caring. I would not go anywhere else or take my child anywhere else. They are all around the best.
