First impression of facility, very nice and clean. Upon approaching the “Reception” to check in. I was ignored while two older women, short-hair blonde & medium length gray hair, gossiped about what I am assuming was a co-worker. I was eventually glanced at and told “I’ll be with you a minute sweetie.” I found all of this offensive. 1. Gossip is unbecoming of anyone (not a good look personally OR for your employer). 2. Very friendly reception
Excellent experience for my mother! From the check in process all the way to post op and recovery. The entire team of administrative staff, nurses, anesthesiologists, and the surgeon were wonderful. I highly recommend CHI St. Vincent outpatient.
As always the staff were professional and friendly. The waiting time was minimal. The building is clean. The procedure was explained in terms I could understand. The entire experience was better than expected! Kudos CHI
