21 calls today since 8:30 this morning just to schedule an appointment. No one is answering calls in the scheduling department, a message was left almost 5hr ago JUST TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT! Either the agent responsible for answering calls is not doing their due diligence, there is no scheduling department and the front desk receptionists are overwhelmed, or they just call you back at their convenience as the call is ringing sometimes 7 or 8 times (approximately 35 sec) and sometimes going immediately to the message to l... read more

I waited nearly an hour to see someone who had difficulty comprehending Right Arm, Left Leg. The person then was very condescending regarding my use of the term bilateral with scoliosis. She told me there was no such thing as bilateral scoliosis.Scoliosis doctors refer to double curves as bilateral (or often 'S-shaped') because they involve two distinct structural curves bending in opposite directions on both sides of the spine's central axis.
