It’s the worst office ever definitely not for the working man. According to their office hours, they are in the office until four but they won’t see patients past three I told them I can make it by 3:10. They told me that was too late. I’ve tried calling and rescheduling for the past six months their answering machine obviously doesn’t record. Because I never got a called back. Wouldn’t recommend The Sleep Study office to anyone.
Consulted a doctor on a procedure and was told they would inquire with insurance and we'd only go ahead with it if it were covered, and we'd cancel it if it were not. I confirmed with them later that it was covered, so we did the procedure, only to receive a very large bill afterwards. Upon calling the office and getting nowhere, I talked with the billing office and ultimately ended up talking with my insurance, which informed me that the office may have coded the visit improperly.
