Some of their nurses are incompetent. Had called a on call Dr, told to come in when they open instead of waiting for my scheduled appointment that day. Apparently, it was not communicated to their staffs prior to my arrival. Hence, I still had to wait for my appointment time, then be bounced from 1 room to another. Today I was scheduled for a procedure, was informed via the patient portal. No phone call prior to appointment to go over instructions. Get to hospital, informed I needed a driver.
