Took my sleep study during the summertime when it was 80 something outside and when I went inside into the sleep study room, the air system was very strong and blowing in cold air, which was great. I was allowed to change the temperature in the room to whatever suited me best. It helped me be able to sleep better in the cool temperature of the room. I had a sleep study done. The staff was polite and informative. The room was very nice and clean. You do get a lot of electrodes stuck on you but that is to be expected. At times it was hard to fall asleep but that is because it was not my own bed. Overall not an unpleasant experience
First I should say the staff at the center could not of been more friendly or helpful. They did a great job My complaint is length of time after the sleep study. It’s going on a month later, and still nothing sent to my doctor so that I might get the equipment needed to help with this sleep apnea. I’m told there is only one Doctor that can read the testing here in Mercy Hospital. Poor Customer service. It’s my bet their billing department was on the ball
I want to say sorry about the last review but just want to say all experience with Staff was great.
