I was in a serious car accident and all I needed from Mercy was an MRI. They was done and it found that I have a SLAP tare. But after my auto insurance spoke with Mercy 2 days before the MRI and after I hand delivered the documents for my auto insurance to be build, Mercy screwed it up. My Health insurance was build instead. I tried calling in several times and after 3 hours I accomplished nothing, because billing is done in the Philippines and they cannot change anything and only do what they are told and yet I cannot speak... read more
Had some x-rays taken. The visit was quick and easy. The facility was clean. I had a very positive experience
Warning: I wouldn't even let my dog be treated here. This place has a well known reputation for terrible care.
