Dr. Horton has been my go-to for a few years now, and I've had probably the best experience out of any primary care physician I've had in recent years. The staff are always super nice, they get things taken care of quickly and effectively, and they always try to fit in an appointment, even if it's short notice. If there was an option to rate Horton Family Practice higher, I would.
I tried to schedule a new patient appointment and they want you to come in person to fill out an intake form, then they will call you to schedule. I asked if I could fill it out online and they said no. What type of practice is this? It is 2025..how do they operate like this? They have lost a new patient and Im warning others.
