I presented a $100 gift voucher today which was purchased through the link they provide online ‘BookRelax’ for bookings and digital voucher purchases. However they said the voucher number was ‘invalid’ in their system at the store. Baffled I asked my son to show proof of his online purchase, process, receipts and confirmation email and yet this was still not enough. Wonderful massage with Sunny. Thank you. However during the session 2 male staff members were having a very long and loud discussion in the kitchen with one of them clearing his throat loud and spitting……loudly too. Absolutely unpleasant experience making it rather impossible to relax despite having such a lovely masseuse. The young lady at the reception was so busy checking her mobile phone that she didn’t notice me for a while until I interrupted her. She was rather unimpressed.

One of the worst massages I've had. I asked for neck, shoulder and head massage but was mainly given a back massage. Hardly spent anytime on my shoulders and neck. (Only until I said something) I can still feel the knots in my shoulders as they didn't get massaged out. Then having to pay for the oil that was used. That should be included in the price don't you think.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Yesterday afternoon, my husband and I went to this massage place, expecting a relaxing experience as we usually do. Unfortunately, this turned out to be the worst massage we’ve ever had. They didn’t have any available spots at their main location, so instead of just telling us that, they made us walk all over the other section of the mall to take us to another shop.
