Chi did an amazing job. He helped us buying our new home through off-market deal. He was very responsive and knew exactly how to reach the seller and how to negotiate with the seller. He has a very good undersanding of San Diego Community and incredible referral network.
Chi was a stranger in a magazine 2 months ago and now he’s a good friend. 😃 As for business - he prepped, staged, presented and sold our Rancho Penasquitos home after we had moved 500 miles away. He welcomes the selling process to be as hands off/on as you want. We were scrambling to adjust to our new lives, so he practically did it all himself.
