I've recently purchased a house in San Diego as a first time buyer, and I couldn't have asked for a better agent than Chi! He was very knowledgable of the current market trends and pricing, and very accomodating and patient throughout the entire process. Chi did an amazing job. He helped us buying our new home through off-market deal. He was very responsive and knew exactly how to reach the seller and how to negotiate with the seller. He has a very good undersanding of San Diego Community and incredible referral network.
Chi was a stranger in a magazine 2 months ago and now he’s a good friend. 😃 As for business - he prepped, staged, presented and sold our Rancho Penasquitos home after we had moved 500 miles away.
