I am very frustrated with this department. I was scheduled the first time no problems well apparently that scheduled ended up not working so when they called back to schedule again they ended up CANCELING appointments that were NOT even physical therapy appointments. The canceled an important OB appointment and now because of them I can not get back in for that appointment. I will never be using the physical therapy department at Valley View again. I will forever go to the physical therapy department on Broadway!
First time I have ever had a good experience with a physical therapy office! Would definitely recommend and will only use this office from now on.
My daughter's physical therapy provider, herself, is great and very knowledgeable but rescheduled the same appointment 2x ultimately creating a schedule miscommunication. The receptionist is very condescending and snippy on the phone and in person. She does not so anything to try to help.
