I've always been treated with kindness compassion and understanding. They usually go above and beyond to try to help your experience be better. I think for the test that you have to do with in radiology, I think they do an excellent job
scheduling a mammogram is a nightmare- after 5 years of no one calling after doctors office sent over order, I followed up with calls and couldn't get through- going to Bryan East- so sad that there is such a problem with scheduling and followup at this facility
Waited and waited for an MRI, but they don't coordinate with other hospital departments, so it never happened. Just went home after wasting a whole day at the hospital.
