I had a great labor and delivery experience. Baby and I received excellent care and they even took care of my husband making sure he was comfortable and had what he needed as well. This hospital has no caring values at all. Drove to see my mom all the way from Omaha after hearing about how they have been treating her! nurses not following doctor orders and keeping pain meds from my mom. Only allowing one person per day to come visit....how stupid is that😡😡 I am fully vaccinated and a family member. The care team nurse did not even know how to say my mother's name correctly! This hospital is the worst of the worst! I would highly recommend Kearney regional!

Recommendedmy stay with Good Sam was nothing short of phenomenal. Everyone there made my experience feel personable and comfortable. I missed home dearly, but wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. Thank you ALL so much for your compassion, expertise, and most of all.. your kindness.
Poor communication and lack of compassion. My son appointment is scheduled for noon. The dentist send us to the hospital to get dental work done. Now my son is not to have food before he gets anesthesia. His last meal is at 7morning. Now they told me he can’t have anything to eat or drink before midnight and i ask for an earlier time to be scheduled because that’s a long time for child to not eat. So they advised he can eat but before 7am. So we drive 45 miles to be there we arrive at 11 to get paper work done and we wait. T... read more

None of the departments seem to communicate with each other so nobody knows what’s going on. I went to the ER for an infected animal bite and needed an antibiotic and a rabies shot. That ER visit took 5 HOURS. Then I had to get a follow up series of rabies shots and registration didn’t know anything about it. Each time I went for the follow up shot, it took over an hour... for a rabies shot... I’m am very unimpressed with my experiences with this hospital. Next time, I will drive to a different town to get proper and TIMELY ... read more
