Waited 45 mins (with 2 kids) and was not seen by Dr. Atteberry. Went to the front desk and they didn't apologize and only asked if we had somewhere to be. Inconsiderate of our time and Healthcare.
I have the BEST experience at Valley View during my 'knee' therapy. All staff were extremely caring and worked with me and the discomfort I was going thru. Not the I am expecting another surgery of this type...but if it should happen, I would return to this location and staff with no problem.
