if i cld give them a 0 i would. first of all the lady i was talking to was super unprofessional and rude. when she put me on “hold” she was sighing and seemed like complaining about taking care of my call. little did she know i still can hear her. i just got back from my dr office with a fractured ankle. my dr didnt have the size boot to fit me so she sent me here to get one. well they refused bc for some odd reason my insurance isnt active right now. and those boots come to 300 dollars. she said she cant backdate payments o... read more
10-23-2023 I went in to have my CPAP facemask changed out. It was not working for me at all. Jennifer gave me a different one and What a difference!! Kudos to you, Jennifer and much thanks!
Everyone working there is so helpful & knowledgeable. During covid & after, they always do customer carry out & put my purchase in my car. Always have what I need or they order it in & it arrives promptly.
Not sure how it takes a half hour to 45 minutes every single time just to get CPAP filters etc. No exaggeration, seriously. Filters and new masks used to be mailed to me when I was in Albuquerque. Maybe some kind of insurance fraud is going on here. Now that I'm on BCBS I'll have to report them. Don't forget your diaper mask. They rigorously enforce that!
