I was there in late November. PAC Tracy Ray and everyone else who treated me lied on the charts about things I said, misrepresented the situation from a factual standpoint, said they evaluated me for things that they never did. They did NOT treat me with dignity nor respect, not in the slightest. I don’t know how this man is even allowed to be in this profession. This is the first time in my life that I have felt the need to speak out like this. However, because this involves a human life, I feel compelled to share my experience. I do not want anyone else to go through what my family has been through. I had to take my mother to the Emergency Room three times in a row. I recently had to go to the emergency room here after what turned out to be an infection that caused early sepsis. I went in at around 4pm and was in surgery by 8pm after blood tests and an ultrasound. I spent 3 days in the hospital. I have nothing but good things to say about how fast the staff reacted and everyone was very nice during my stay.

I went there this year in July and I was very respectful and explaining my symptoms and my previous medical conditions, but the doctor in ER that day was very disrespectful. They won’t listen to you, they will ignore anything that you’re trying to tell them and they will give you the wrong medication.
