I came in to the urgent care with concerns about a cough that was occuring over the past month. I wanted to make sure it had not developed into pneumonia, because I was taking an OTC regimen and doing all I could before being seen, and I still wasn't getting better. I do not recommend this clinic. We brought my daughter in seeking medical care and left feeling judged rather than helped. The clinic was unable to perform bloodwork or provide IV treatment, which ultimately made the visit a waste of time for our situation. What was most upsetting was the apparent focus on questioning and judging a legally prescribed GLP-1 medication rather than addressing my daughter’s immediate needs. Everyone was very friendly. The medical staff was very helpful and efficient with the visit. Will use them again if I need help in the future.
