Dr. Burhan is phenomenal. The transparency and thorough explanations are amazing. He wants what is best for you and also knows the insurance game so you are not overpaying for anything.
If no stars was an option that is what I would leave for this place. CHI is nothing but a ripoff and full of disrespectful people to deal with. My husband went in to get a physical and the unintelligent receptionist marked the appointment as establishing care. So now we are stuck with a huge bill because lovely CHI won’t fix it even tho it was their mistake. Wouldn’t recommend going to chi for anything. I wouldn’t even take my dog there.
I found my PCP here about a year ago and will never go anywhere else! Latoya Bonam connects well with her patients, makes them feel heard and genuinely cares for them and wants to solve any issues they may have.
