The care or lack of i received in the emergency room doesn't deserve the 1 star. The staff were all at computers snacking. I was put in a room and forgotten . I got no care, had no call light to call. I then was placed in̈ Trauma ICU and received excellent care. The ER should be an embarrassment to Bergan. If I can choose, that will not be my choice of ER departments
