Latoya Bonam is poor excuse for a medical professional. She is rude and stuck up. It takes forever to get an appointment and she won't do anything you ask anyways. She acts like an ally to women and queer people but she's not. Todd Falter however is a great psychiatrist i definitely recommend him, its easy to get appointments, and he actually listens to you. i would add a second star for him but i dont believe this place deserves it.
Called and canceled the morning of because Latoya wanted a 40 minute appointment instead of a 20.
Exceptional care as always.
