What I needed from Dr Robinson was plenty of information and questions answered patiently and that's exactly what he took the time to do, with graphics. He also took no delay in getting regional experts involved.
It was fine, a couple of repeat visits for the same issue, prolonging the repair felt unnecessary.
I arrived at my 10:45am appointment. They came around with crackers and water stating the doctor was 30 mins behind. I waited an hour past my appointment went up to the desk come to find out he is a whole hour and 30 minutes behind. I also actively saw and heard the receptionist switching someone's schedule to get him in faster ahead of others waiting. People schedule their appointments around others things in their life. Completely disrespectful and inconsiderate.
