I have been a long time CHI patient. I received a referral from a clinic to be seen CHI ENT. When I called to schedule an appointment from that referral, they could not find me in the system. The lady on the phone said that after the third call, the referral is terminated, however, I was only called two times and was never told about this 3 call policy.
