Smile from entering to exiting. The receptionists are courteous and helpful. Short wait time. The nurses are kind and efficient. I see Dr. Jasti and she is amazing. Not only does Dr. Jasti listens to me, she provides helpful insight for controlling my low glucose levels. She proactively orders ultrasounds and blood tests; and, results are reported to me via phone call by a nurse and again by Dr. Jasti during our visits. We've received absolutely bottom the barrel treatment. They just brush off our concerns like it's nothing and never follow up. My husband should have had medication checks and blood work done - never happened even though we called multiple times. I would not recommend this place to anybody. ETA - I've called the Patient Relations department twice and have left voicemails - to this day still haven't gotten a call back. So that reply is useless because no one even answers the phone or returns messages.
