I'm very unimpressed with the people in this group. The pulmonary person seems to want to play doctor, getting involved in things that really aren't any of her business. I really wouldn't put it past them to want to try to make some claims about Mom's care that aren't true or are a stretch. But when I told them at least twice that their music was a problem for Mom, they really couldn't care less. Management should make them wear hearing aids in there to see what the effect is.
