I arrived to this hospital via ambulance due to having a seizure while driving, resulting in a car accident. The care I was given was subpar at best. I woke up in the hospital bed and was given my phone to call my husband, an hour after my car accident. He was my emergency contact, being that I was a regular patient of Bergan, they could see that and also could see via MyChart that I am diagnosed epileptic. Haven't been there have appointment 4/1/21.
Terrible hospital! If you can avoid it, please do! They charge you with stuff randomly on things that didn’t exist whenever you were having care done on you. So if you wanna be charged 4 years later on something that they didn’t even tell you about after you asked about all your medical bills at the time of the incident, than this is your place
