The care I received was horrible. I was on three rounds of the same antibiotic due to an unrelenting infection of my wound. I finally was prescribed an antibiotic that worked after a trip to the emergency room. On two occasions I called about my concerns regarding my non-healing wound and never received a call back. I've been coming here a month now for dressing changes for the wound vac that I have. I've always been called back by my appointment time, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable
Having troubles finding out what I'll have to pay for after hbot and if I'm getting financial aide. I should have the to know exactly what I'm looking at for debit. They expect you to jump off a cliff not knowing how deep it is. Is there land or water at the bottom. A patient should have that right. And I get 2 different answers. And the place is unorganized and not helpful. And I need this care.
Be careful when you go in for a consultation with their doctor. You may get other unexpected charges such as a treatment room (even if there was no treatment provided) charge and no one tells you that in advance.
I love the wound a lot and they use the words and would care was very happy and positive and I like my new wound Dr a lot.
