I was pretty stubborn and didn't really want to go, and boy was I wrong. This place was awesome! If you get sally or Jennifer as physical therapists your gunna have an wonderful time. My night nurse's where awesome, food awesome. I even cried a lil because I new I couldn't take my physical therapists home with me, there that good... Miss them so much... wish they could see how well I'm doing!
I was transferred here for physical therapy since I broke my ankle in a car collision. The whole process of learning to move around without one of my legs has been scary but the staff here has been incredibly and made it less scary and even easy at times. Huge shoutouts to my PT person Jennifer, my OT person Sally, and nurse Chelsie! It's scary when you can't do the things you used to be able to do, but the staff here makes the whole process significantly better.
This place is imperative to your local community. Amazing stuff and local help to those in need.
Don't get me wrong they took good care of my husband. But My interaction with the staff was minimal. I called and left messages and never got calls back to the nurses to the therapists. Once I did get through the phone just rang and rang.I never got updates. The week before he was due to be released which was early release was supposed to stay 14 days I informed them that I needed more time so I could watch them interact and see how to communicate with my husband with their help I did not get that help.
