RecommendedI have been coming here since they first open!! I love Dr. Chi , I had two root canals done right before the pandemic, because everything closed down I was not able to get my caps done. When I was able to get back in my root canals had broken but Dr. Chi fixed my teeth and put caps on them!! She is amazing and VERY good at what she does!! If you are looking for a compassionate and excellent dentist, this is your place you will not be disappointed!!
I really thank Dr. Chi for reaching out to me to settle a misunderstanding that we had in her office. She took the time to call me and really listened to me to try to understand why I was so upset and then she explained her actions. I am very appreciative of that.
If I could give her 0 stars I would. Very rude and unprofessional. Money hungry and a scam artist. I called 12/29/20 to schedule a appt for my son for 12/30/20 because his silver crown fell off. My husband had taken him to the crown appt back in July or August of 2020 and was told by the Dentist when he asked if he should come back to get the crown removed that "he should not come back and that if it falls off, just throw it away". My family and I has always has an Awesome experience @ Chi Family Dental. My daughter who happens to have Down Syndrome; prior to seeing Dr. Chi she was always put in a “Papoose Restraint”. Dr. Chi and and her staff is Amazing. My daughter absolutely loves going to dentist now. The entire staff is extremely patient and understanding. I would recommend Dr Chi to everyone. She should be a spokesperson for other doctors educating them one who to services patients with disAbilites.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Chi Family Dental. My husband who is generally apprehensive about going to the dentist, was totally at ease. My six year old was so excited, he talked about his experience the entire ride home. Her staff is extremely friendly and professional. Her dental office is very warm and inviting. I would recommend her to anyone. Btw...we drove from Humble to her office and it was well worth the drive.
