Good food but still felt like Rojos.
Margaritas are definitely the star of the show here. They're very strong and come in lots of flavors. The food was great as well as the service. Everything is fast and the establishment is well taken care of/modern. The only complaint would be wait times when it is busy, say on a weekend evening. This, however, can be avoided by making a reservation. Parking for the entire Westend complex is hit or miss but there is definitely plenty of it, its just not all equally convenient.
I came to eat here many years ago and always loved it. While visiting Minneapolis I found that ChiChi’s had reopened so I had to try it out. I was not disappointed. The quality of the food reminded me why I loved eating here so many years ago. And my server, Sarah, was wonderful; very attentive and yet so fun at the same time. I also took a couple of her suggestions and was quite pleased. And do not pass on the fried ice cream; so good. Well done Chi Chi’s and Sarah.
