Chi Chi Couture in Panama City Beach is an absolute gem! I had the most incredible head spa and facial treatments here – truly the best head spa experience I’ve ever had. I got a spray tan with Chloe and she did an amazing job. I got a bit nervous during the spray tan and she was so patient and help the experience be a positive one. I can’t thank her enough for helping me look tan and making sure I had a great spray tan experience with her. She always checked on me to make sure I was okay during and after the spray and times in between. I will be using her again.
