I can NEVER get a hold of anybody there for any answers. It's so difficult to get my information or anything.

Terrible staff. I couldn't even make an appointment because only one person is allowed to schedule new patients, and their one person never answers their phone, and never calls back after I leave a message (it's been 3 weeks of me calling). I addressed this with a different member of the staff, and they told me they would see if they could reach this scheduling person, and a few seconds later they hung up on me.
